Japanese HC/punk which nicely mixes western and eastern influences, this is Dragon Brutal Experience's(I believe they actually spell it Xperience, but a man must have standards) only full-length--they've appeared on several comps--and was released on Fist of Fury in '96.
This is generally straight-forward stuff but good: I like the singer, who sneers and snarls against society in very competent English; the prominent bass & the guitar have nice punch and bite: enjoyable.
